nothing good really happened this week. everyday's like studying, studying and more studying. though the results i have for amath test wasn't what i want, i still thank God for the marks given and that He at least let me pass. i'm sure i'll do better during the end of year examination (self-motivation you see). but social studies test was badly done. very very badly done. the worst marks i ever had for social studies. it's okay jeanette, you'll do better for the end of year examination. in conclusion, this whole week was like an ass week, except for something.

now, let me tell you that something that has happened this afternoon. don't worry, it's a good thing. i was really very upset about my social studies results for almost the whole day and i was very worried for my social studies eoy paper. i was so scared that i'll fail for the eoy paper. but during physics lesson, when miss lim asked us to take out our diary to write some stuff, i flipped to a page, and coincidentally there was these verse on top. the verse is taken from Joshua 1:9, the same verse that mr liew shared with us during the class cell prayer meeting last friday. after reading the verse, i was so encouraged, all the worries i once had somehow disappeared! God's so great and smart that He can use anything to talk to you. anything means like the bible, friends, teachers and even a school diary! this is how real God is. He's such an amazing God, isn't He?

so, that's the something i encountered this afternoon. anyway, all the best to all who are taking their examination either now or soon. i pray that the Almighty will be with each and everyone of you throughout this whole stressful week and forever and ever. (:
